Therapist, She/Her
I am a licensed independent clinical social worker and substance use disorder professional who provides compassionate, individualized therapy to individuals age 16 and older. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Washington and have experience supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health concerns, life transitions, and personal challenges.
My areas of specialty include supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, and personal challenges. I understand that each person’s experiences are unique, and I work with clients to create a safe and supportive space where they can process emotions, gain insight, develop coping strategies, and identify meaningful steps toward their goals.
Throughout my career, it has been my honor to support individuals navigating anxiety, stress, grief, substance use, major life transitions, and changing life circumstances in a variety of settings, including behavioral health programs, school-based mental health services, and emergency department social work. I also have leadership experience managing clinical programs which has also given me insight into the unique demands of leadership roles, further deepening my commitment to thoughtful, individualized care.
My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices, with a foundation in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I work collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences, recognize patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, develop practical coping strategies, and build on existing strengths.
I believe therapy is a partnership, and I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where people feel heard, respected, and understood. My goal is to provide compassionate, collaborative care that helps individuals gain insight, strengthen resilience, develop effective skills, and feel more empowered as they navigate life’s challenges. It is a privilege to support each person in creating meaningful change and building a life that aligns with their values, strengths, and goals.
