What Robin would like you to know about her:
I work with people of ages 8 and up. I treat individuals challenged by anxiety, OCD, depression, traumatic events, suicidality, perfectionism, and eating disorders. I work with teens who really dislike school and/or struggle with school, as well as with teens who succeed in school and are still stressed by it. I particularly enjoy working with twice-exceptional individuals, “third-culture kids,” exchange/international students, and emerging adults. I see patients in person and online. I also see patients located internationally (for example, on study abroad, DoD, DoS assignments) on a case-by-case basis.
I believe you’re the expert in your life, and I know a lot about evidence-based treatment. Together, we figure out what’s making your life challenging, what would make your life easier, then learn and practice new skills to alleviate some of the challenges. Eventually, I hope you’ll know how to use those skills so effectively and that I’ll end up out of a job.

If you prefer to speak Russian or Spanish in session, please do, I can understand you! However, I’ll respond in English to provide the best clinical care.
