Therapist, She/Her

Rachel received her graduate degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Washington, where she specialized in parent education, childhood grief and loss, and anxiety disorders. She also worked with first responder teams to provide mental health support to clients in crisis.

What Rachel would like you to know about her:

I work with children, youth, and their families, and enjoy helping clients navigate the challenges of life. I have experience treating anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and collaborating with parents. Over the years, I have had a wide range of experience mentoring youth in various community organizations, and I worked in the field of education for several years. I work from a strengths-based approach and enjoy helping clients identify their strengths and resources to approach life’s challenges. I used evidence-based treatments as a cornerstone of the therapeutic process. As a former educator, I am passionate about helping teens thrive and find their unique path. As a parent, I understand the complexities of family dynamics and offer a supportive space for parents to navigate their own journey. When not working with my amazing clients, I can be found outside in the beautiful PNW with my family—hiking, skiing, and running.
